The ECS Season 6 Finals are just around the corner! Here’s everything you need to know about attending the Finals at the Esports Stadium Arlington, Texas on 24-25 November.
The ECS Season 6 Finals take place over four days, 22-25 November. The first two days are broadcast only, and closed to spectators.
Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th November are open to spectators, where the two-day conclusion of ECS Season 6 will take place!

When should I arrive?
On both Saturday and Sunday, doors to the Esports Stadium Arlington will open at 10:30am. We advise guests to arrive with plenty of time to find their seats, and explore the Esports Stadium Arlington.
Upon arrival at the Esports Stadium Arlington, attendees can head to the South entrance of the arena, where the ticket collection point is located. Here you will exchange your paper or email ticket for a wristband.
Please retain your wristband for the duration of the event, as you will only be issued one wristband.
Travelling to Esports Stadium Arlington
Esports Stadium Arlington offers on-site parking via the Arlington Convention Centre’s guest parking. Parking is $10 per car, and both cash and card are accepted.

Tickets on the door
We are now sold out. Tickets will unfortunately not be available on the door unless there are cancellations. Please stay tuned to our Twitter page @ECS for information.
This event is restricted to 16+ without an accompanying 18+ adult. You must bring your ID to prove you are 16+ if you are travelling without an 18+ adult. If you are 18+ and will be accompanying those that are younger than 16, you will be asked to present ID. There will be no admittance to those under 16 without an 18+ accompanying adult.
Seating is not allocated or numbered, just divided into Premium, and General Admission areas. The venue staff will direct you to your relevant seating zones based on the ticket you have purchased.
Can I bring my bag?
Yes, you can bring normal-sized bags, but these will be inspected by security as you enter. Nothing larger than a normal rucksack will be permitted entry, and no wheeled luggage is allowed. There will be no onsite storage for bags or luggage.
Food and drink
Esports Stadium Arlington offers several dining and snacking options for event attendees. Such as soft drinks, grab-n-go snack items, candy, popcorn and a range of fresh-baked items including famous Texas-sized cookies and double-chocolate brownies. Click here for the full menu. Cash and credit card are both accepted.
If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring a prescribed liquid or drug, please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – by doing so, we can pass on the information to the security team, and ensure you will be allowed to bring your medication into the Esports Stadium Arlington.
Esports Stadium Arlington offers step-free access via a ramped entrance on the South side of the arena. Should disabled guests need any assistance, please speak to any of the on-site event staff upon arrival, or email email@example.com for help planning your visit.
Where do I collect my premium bag?
Premium ticket holders will be able to collect their goodie bags from the merchandise stall, located adjacent to Esports Stadium Arlington’s entrance.
We have made every effort to ensure that signing sessions do not conflict with crucial matches at the ECS Finals. All teams will take part in at least one signing session over the two ticketed days.

As time and signing queue capacity is limited, we advise anyone who wants to attend a signing or meet-and-greet session to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Please keep an eye on our Twitter ECS, as well as check with staff at the signing area for any updated timings of the team you’d like to meet. These are subject to change based on match schedules and tournament progression.
There is a strict security procedure in place at Esports Stadium Arlington, upon entry to the arena. This procedure includes the use of metal detectors, handheld wands and bag searches, with this process repeating upon re-entry. Please allow ample time on entry and re-entry into the arena for these checks to take place.
Inside the arena, security guards are located throughout the venue, ensuring the safety of all attendees.
Cosplay and costume
You will not be allowed entry to the venue with the following items:
– Metal blades whether sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes, and knives.
– Actual or imitation guns, rifles, or artillery.
– Rubber, plastic or any imitation blades whether sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes, and – knives
– Heavy bats, paddles or clubs including wooden or metal baseball bats.
– Bokken – a type of hard wooden (or toughened plastic) training sword.
– Explosives and incendiary devices.
– Functional strung bows or crossbows, sharp arrows or bolts.
– Gas canisters.
– Protruding nails or other sharp items.
– Laser pointers regardless of whether or not they are part of a costume or prop.
– Any other items restricted or prohibited from being carried in public by the relevant country’s law; there is some allowance for imitation firearms.
– There are no exceptions made to these rules for special licences, memberships, or training. If you have any queries regarding the display or transportation of a weapon or prop outside of the event, contact the relevant authority.
